It was very exciting to see my friend Valerio Barralis holding his first pastry course in his brand new Valerio Barralis Pastry Academy in Magenta (MI).
Valerio is a friend and a great pastry chef, he does deserve this amazing location to hold his courses, and it was a pleasure for me be part of this event.
